Scope
This policy covers Rook & Button’s website and messages sent to our contact addresses. The RepeatReady privacy policy separately explains the Android app.
When you visit
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration, or newsletter forms. Its fonts, artwork, and scripts are served with the site rather than loaded from third-party font or advertising services.
The service hosting the site may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver and secure the website. Its handling and retention of those records depend on that provider’s policies and hosting configuration.
The interactive demo
The RepeatReady browser demo uses one sample project and any copies you restore from its sample history. Changes and sample history are kept in the page’s memory for the current visit and are cleared when the page reloads or closes. The demo does not use cookies or browser storage to retain your lists and does not send demo activity to us.
When you email us
If you contact hello@rookandbutton.com, support@rookandbutton.com, or privacy@rookandbutton.com, we receive the address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, resolve the issue, and maintain relevant correspondence.
Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store them. We keep correspondence only as needed for the conversation, support, business records, or applicable legal obligations. We do not sell the contents of your emails or add you to a marketing list simply because you contacted support.
Request deletion of correspondence by emailing privacy@rookandbutton.com. We will address the request subject to applicable recordkeeping and legal obligations. Avoid including information that is unnecessary for your request.
External services
Email links open your email application. If you follow a link to another website or service, that service handles your visit under its own policies. Future product pages may link to stores that separately process purchases.
